Quinta do Loumar is a beautiful villa located near Vale de Milho 9-hole golf course, 2.5km from Carvoeiro town centre (5min drive). It has its own private tennis court and a large pool, patio and BBQ area. The villa enjoys sea views and the mature enclosed garden offers privacy and security (electric gates to the road). The beach is 15min walk away and the nearest restaurants within 10mins. Car hire is recommended but not essential.

The villa has two double bedrooms, both en-suite, and two twins sharing a third bathroom. The main master bedroom is on the first floor with a terrace overlooking the pool area, the rest of the villa is on main ground floor. The second double bedroom and one of the twin also have an access to the pool area via terrace doors. The kitchen was recently re-furbished and is modern and fully equipped. The spacious open plan living area has a dining table seating 8 people, comfortable sofas, a satellite TV and a woodburning fireplace. The villa has plenty of space for two families sharing a holiday.
