Carr´s Property Services has been operating since
early 2000 to provide professional and efficient villa management
service in Lagoa (Porches to Ferragudo) area. Having been
owners of properties abroad our experiences gained benefit
owners and their properties under our management. We are a
small team managing only a limited number of properties at
any given time allowing us to give each house personal attention
and due diligence and to do this in a proactive manner. Our
management concept is based on personal service and regular
contact with owners.
