The main ground floor consits of two double bedrooms, both en-suite and both with terrace doors to the patio, two twin rooms sharing a third bedroom, a spacious lounge with satellite tv, fully equipped kitchen and a dining area for 8 people. The villa is fully fenced in with electric gates to the road, it has lawn areas and a child gate to the swimming pool making it an ideal choice for families with young children. The villa enjoys some lovely sea views and has a large roof terrace with a built-in BBQ plus shaded terraces in the front of the house. Central heating and two wood burning stoves provide heat in the winter months, air-conditioning keeps the villa cool in the summer. The walk to Carvoeiro town centre is 15-20mins. However, there is a supermarket and several restaurants within a shorter walk. Car hire is recommended but not essential.
