Carr´s Villas Algarve was first set up in 1998 by
one owner with two properties. Now we are 9 owners with 11
properties on the site. We all take pride in our properties
and our common aim is to offer quality holiday accomodation
backed by a professional service.
All properties benefit from the following features as standard

All properties are well furnished and fully equipped.
Dishwasher, washing machine, satellite tv, dvd- and CD-player,
telephone for incoming and local calls, and air-conditioning
are found in most of the properties as well as internet
connection. |

All bedlinen and towels are provided including separate
towels for the pool use. Maid services 2-3 times a week
depending on the property and the change-over days. |

Swimming pools are maintained twice a week in the summer
months. In most of the villas pool heating is an option
and a charge of £100/wk (120€) is asked to
cover the costs of the heating. Same amount of sunbeds
are found as beds in the villa. |

Our local villa manager greets the clients on arrival
and is available if assistance is required |

We can provide welcome foodpacks, airport transfers,
babysitting services and also recommend local car hire
- ask in your email. |
